Global Water Technologies files 2012 Q2 financial report
INDIANAPOLIS, August 15, 2012 -- Global Water Technologies has filed its 2012 second quarter report, with Consolidated Financial Statements (unaudited) on the company's filings page at OTC Markets.com.
The quarterly filing and updated disclosure statement continue the company's status as "OTC Pink Current Information" on the quotation service. Global Water upgraded to that status in 2011, as part of its effort to improve transparency for new and existing shareholders.
Although the company continues to have small operations and revenues, such regular reporting and improving trend lines demonstrate its efforts to grow the business and pursue new opportunities in a responsible manner.
The OTC Disclosure and News Service of OTC Markets has also increased its efforts to provide investors with better access to company financial information. New features announced this month include wider distribution of company filings to financial web sites and through professional databases for institutional investors.
